Rickard Hedeby - CEO
Prior to launching Intertec, Rickard Hedeby spent 18 years with a large public organization. During his tenure, he developed business with key global Fortune 500 companies and expanded services across North America, Mexico, and Europe. In his last position, Rickard was President of the Technical Services Division and through his leadership, grew annual revenue to over $1 Billion. He established a Technical Services business unit to support Information Technology Services and Aerospace Engineering Services for a variety of large multinational customers both domestically and internationally.
Rickard has worked with the Arizona/Mexico Economic Development Commission and has accompanied Arizona’s governor on a trade mission to Mexico City. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Augustana College. Rickard is involved in many charity and not-for-profit organizations and is currently Board President for ACT (Ahwatukee Children's Theater). |

Bill Lage – President
Bill Lage has over 17 years of IT solutions and consulting experience across a broad array of vertical markets. As President of Intertec Consulting, he is responsible for Intertec’s IT Services global business.
Prior to joining Intertec, Bill spent the past fourteen years with a large publicly-traded services organization focusing on IT solutions. There, he progressed through several positions which included overseeing all IT sales, encompassing P&L responsibility, help desk, managed services, and application development & maintenance. He also served as Senior Vice President responsible for US IT sales, consulting, outsourcing, on-demand, and direct placement.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. |

Kent Feuerhelm - Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Kent Feuerhelm serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Intertec and is one of the company's founding partners. In this role, he manages Intertec's legal department and participates in executive management. In addition to this role, Kent resides in Costa Rica and serves as the executive leader for Intertec's Latin America operations. Prior to the formation of Intertec, Kent practiced business and employment law with his own firm for 17 years, providing litigation, administrative, and corporate legal services. He also has a business background in the consulting field, having served as president and owner of an accounting outsourcing company.
Kent graduated cum laude from Augustana College with a bachelor's degree in Government and International Affairs and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah. He is a member of the Arizona and Utah Bar Associations. |

Mark McLoud - Executive Vice President & Partner
Mark McLoud has been with Intertec since its inception. As Executive Vice President and Partner for Intertec, Mark is responsible for driving sustainable profitable growth within several technology segments, establishing growth initiatives that deliver financial benefit to the customer, managing resource delivery, and executing project and service activity for all customers in the US Eastern Region. In 2003, Mark structured and launched the company's highly successful global ERP service offering.
With over 20 years of consulting and outsourcing experience, Mark has an extensive background developing technical outsourcing and on-demand solutions for customers in the aerospace and defense, oil and gas, high tech, banking, finance, mining, and healthcare industries. His career spans managerial roles in operations, technical infrastructure, application development, and sales, and his broad global experience includes developing new business markets in North and Central America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Intertec, Mark served as Vice President of Global Business Development for a major outsourcing solutions company serving Fortune 500 clients.
Mark's technical background, strong financial acumen, and consultative approach have been beneficial to his Fortune 100 customer list. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management. |

Frank Goode - CFO
Frank Goode assisted Intertec's founding partners during initial planning for the company and joined the executive team soon after it began operations, establishing the company's accounting and treasury operations. As CFO, Frank oversees and provides financial coordination for Intertec's operations in the United States, Costa Rica, and the United Kingdom.
Frank began his professional career at General Motors and later joined Volkswagen of America as one of the initial senior managers responsible for Volkswagen's manufacturing operations in the United States. He has held senior finance and accounting positions, including CFO roles, at a variety of US companies with international operations across North America and Europe. Frank has over 18 years' experience in the engineering and IT services industries and has played a key role in several mergers and acquisitions.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lawrence Technological University and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Bob Prezkop - Vice President of Global Delivery & CIO
Bob Prezkop has over 38 years of experience in the IT industry. As Vice President of Global Delivery and CIO for Intertec, he oversees customer delivery and internal IT services worldwide. Throughout his career, Bob has held numerous IT roles spanning computer operations, software development, and IT management. While working for Digital, Bob implemented a high-end IT solution for automating the manufacturing process for the NASA space shuttle solid rocket engines. As Senior Vice President for Avnet, he was responsible for global outsourcing. Bob's breadth of experience covers the telecom, aerospace, government, banking, manufacturing/engineering, healthcare, distribution, and IT consulting industries.
In addition to his extensive IT background, Bob possesses a very strong business background. He has managed many functions within Fortune 500 companies including material management, production, logistics, integration services, transportation, human resources, facilities, and warehousing. He has also been a general manager for an Asia-Pacific business, which he grew 50 percent year-over-year.
Bob holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He is very active in the community and has sat on a number of community boards.

Tim Kirby - Director of Sales
Tim has been with Intertec since 2008. As Director of Sales, Tim is responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities for Intertec’s Consulting, Outsourcing, and On-Demand Services. Tim has further responsibility for managing On-Demand Services delivery for Intertec’s US customer base.
With over 10 years of consulting and outsourcing experience, Tim has been involved in developing IT On-Demand and Outsourcing solutions for many Fortune 500 companies across the financial, healthcare, banking, aerospace and defense, high tech, and public utility industries. During his career, he has held positions in recruiting, sales, and management. Prior to joining Intertec, Tim served as a senior business development executive for a major Fortune 1000 IT solutions organization.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and was a three-year letter winner on the Arizona State University Sun Devil football team.
